This is subject to a 10% fuel surcharge, which we hope we do not have to apply.
My first mate top priority is safety. He will ensure you are taken care of on your trip. He also tends the lines, rigs the bait, maintains the tackle all while answering questions and being safety minded. He works for tips, regardless of what bounty the ocean gives us. It is customary to tip him 15-20% the total cost of the charter. As you will see, he earns it!
United States Coast Guard licensing allows up to 6 people, no more. Even if they are not participating.
Unfortunately, there are no guarantees in fishing! That is why it is called fishing, and not catching. We will do everything in our power to catch fish, and hopefully LUCK will be on our side.
You do! If we have a successful day, and you would like to share some of the bounty with the crew, that is acceptable as well!
Excellent fish cleaning services are available once we return to the marina for a per pound whole fish fee. It is well worth your time, especially if you are not so good with a fillet knife.
Chances are, no. Stock up on everything you will need the night before.
